Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General

Service fees paid to MGD Concept Education & Management Services (“MGD”) are subject to the terms outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Fees related to the following services are generally non-refundable once initiated or delivered:

• Counseling sessions already delivered
• Application processing services
• Test bookings and coordination
• Visa documentation and related services

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests, where applicable, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to internal review and applicable consumer laws.

4. Third-Party Fees

MGD is not responsible for fees paid directly to universities, testing bodies, or government authorities. Such fees are governed by the respective third-party refund and cancellation policies.
